This kiosk will include a webcam as well as sensors and devices to capture patients' temperature, BP, heart rate, etc.

Capital Appreciation

Historically and statistically, it has been shown that buyers of ECs stand to make larger profit margins when their units are sold, more so if the development is near an MRT station. For example (although not indicative of future developments), buyers of Prive EC units (near Punggol MRT) who bought at launch in Jan 2011 around $5xx to $6xx psf have sold upon MOP around $739 - $1,060 psf. This translates to a profit of between $300,000 to $500,000! Other EC buyers have similarly made gains when selling.
